About TLC

Training & Conditioning

TLC fervently believes in the multi-sport student athlete and encourages all of our players to pursue other sports and interests.  Our programmatic policy is that our girls should always honor the “in-season” sport.  Similarly, for our younger girls, we fully support the critical mission of rec sports.  Above all, we work hard to ensure that our players are having fun and striking a good balance in their lives.

In addition, all TLC athletes are encouraged to consider training and conditioning outside of TLC practice and game time as an aid in keeping their bodies fit and healthy and to aid in injury prevention.

I can’t begin to tell you how much TLC and this team means to me. You pulled us together and kept us together for seven years. At the time I didn’t know how much that would make a difference, but now I have sixteen best friends all thanks to you.
