The Parisi Speed School is a sports performance program that focuses on teaching athlete's how to get the most out of their god-given physical athletic ability by teaching everyone the TECHNIQUE of how to be at your top speed, accelerate, and change direction quickly, and without injury.

 The Parisi Speed School powered by LifeBridge Health and Fitness will be holding a open house Saturday, March 31st at 12:30. At this open house you will first hand get a chance to participate and understand just how the professional speed coaches at the Parisi Speed School can make every athlete faster more explosive athlete on the field. TLC is very proud to announce the verbal commitments to date of our TLC 2013 teams.  In addition, we do have one 2014 player who has made a verbal commitment.  We are very proud of these student athletes and are excited to share their happy news with you.  There are many more commitments in the works.  We will keep you posted!
